Is the worst place to eat, the employs are despicable persons. So dirty, so slow, annoying and the food was terrible... I was Saturday 13th in the night, there was an annoying woman as cashier and a slow guy they spend 10 minutes or more to give me a fork. They was making fun about the people eating chicken in the night.

Store hours say open till 1am. Got here at 11:50 and lady states she closes at 12 and has no food available. Please update your store hours on google! This is a tourist area and listings are important to travelers coming in on later flights.

Food take more 10 minutes to get to you after they told me to park at from for not good at rush hours

The service is good but the restroom needs help. The drinks taste more watered down and you need to ask for condiments which were dirty/stained. When I think of it down from 3 stars to 2.

I have been to this KFC twice and both times I ordered things with specific desires and they have given me exactly what I wanted each time! The last time I tried two new things for the first time and they were amazing! Lawrence served me and really hooked me up to make sure I had the best experience! They have earned a long term local customer!

Delicious fast food. We have a 12-tenders bucket with sides for 21.99

While the was prompt and courteous there was unavailable menu items and a five minute wait in the parking lot for drive through

Great customer service. Get the $5 fill up. You can substitute Cole slaw for the mashed potatoes. Air conditioning is blasting at noon time. Free refills on drinks. Pepsi products, raspberry ice tea, mountain dew. $5 fill up comes with cookie, 2 piece leg and thigh, drink and Cole slaw.

Excellent place. Great friendly service and attentive staff. Even though I have to wait 15 min for the original (which I believe is preposterous since that is their bread and butter!), they went above their way to make the wait bearable. Love their original chicken style, but they have crispy and rotisserie styles. Plus, they have cole slaw and mash potatoes with gravy! Love their lickin-fingers chicken!

Good cheap food

Ordered food in the drive thru and was told it would be a 5 min wait and to park. 20 min later I had to go inside and get my food, which was just sitting on the counter getting cold.

We’ve been to the restaurant twice. Both experiences were devastating as they didn’t have any CHICKEN left (how do you not have chicken if it’s a chicken based restaurant???). The workers are rude and unmotivated. The waiting time is very long and they don’t seem to care that people leave the line to go to the restaurant next door. They really need to step up their game or else they’re gonna lose to other competitors.

Sign says Drive thru open. It's 7:55pm. Apparently they close early on a Saturday nights. We were told the drive thru is closed despite the sign.

5 star restaunt the highest of quality chicken would recomend for a first date location clesnest of all restraunts

Chicken was dry and they wouldn't make some food because it was 9:30pm

They seem to be giving out more and more small pieces of chicken .

Drink station wasn't working, there is no condiments in the front of house. So, I had to wait in the line to get refill and sone condiments every single time. It's pretty hard when you do that with three kids as a single dad. I hope they fix that problem and I will be able to go there again. I am local. And no soap and paper towel in the bathroom.

A much better KFC than most I've been to. Every one of the workers was genuinely helpful and understanding, and the interior had recently been renovated. Very clean, very nice.

I think everybody likes KFC I love the chicken tenders I love their wings and mashed potatoes and gravy got to have a biscuit with honey on it

This was a typical KFC it took almost an hour to complete my order during my visit to Orlando for the probowl.

I threw up several times after getting sick off their chicken a while back. . I live right across the street from this place and they never do anything about loud music and other noises coming from their property. Called corporate, but they refused to do anything either.

Great value for money especially the $5 fill up

The chicken was excellent on this visit-moist, juicy, tender, fresh, hot & flavorful. This is always our first stop whenever we arrive to go to Disney World. It's between the airport and where we stay. Tonight was the best the chicken has been in the last few visits, so that was a great plus. I don't like dry mashed potatoes so I always ask for lots of gravy. That is generally not a problem but they wanted to charge extra for it tonight so I switched and got the corn instead. That was the minus. But since the main attraction is the chicken I give it a high review anyway. Compared to Popeye's Chicken, KFC is not cheaply priced, so they shouldn't be cheap when it comes to the gravy.

Really good chicken but we need to get our head around what it means to have a food service business that operates in a town that is supported by tourism. The stated 30 minutes wait is too long a wait for an order. In fact, it seems like an invitation to competitors who can simply improve on your service time. Just a thought I seriously hope that you will consider.

So I go to this KFC and I ordered my food and I go to use the rest room and is filthy dirty. I go to wash my hands and no hand soap. So you know what that means. No clean chicken. Garbage is full to the top. And there were no clean tables. They'll be sorry Colonel Sanders.

The customer service was great but the food was HORRIBLE!! The macaroni and cheese was salty, biscuit was hard, hot wings were burnt and to think I waited 15 minutes for this waste of money meal

The food is greasy. The employees don't pay attention to customers. To anyone. They seem to be working drugged or in another dimension. Let ppl wait before showing up to take the order and don't even give you what you asked because they're distracted making jokes among them. It's an awful place.

Service at the counter was good and the assistant was very helpful, however that's unfortunately where it ends, the food was the worst KFC I have ever had in Orlando, just look at the pics. The Burger for $4 must of been a small one as if that was supposed to be the norm then I would be ashamed serving this. The wedges just had no potato or thickness seemed more like a crisp, it all looked burnt as well.If that is a standard of food KFC feel is acceptable then I'm sorry but you've just lost a customer.

Very bad experience. Waiting for 10 mints in the counter and then one lady came with extremely bad behavior. Saying it will take 30 mints if you order; better to leave. Choose some other KFC, not this.

Nice and fresh always

I went inside expecting to have an relatively straight forward purchase for my dinner. Well what transpired was a quite a bad experience. I ordered my meal which included two different combos and a extra side. I pay for my order and take a seat as I wait to for my to go order to be prepared. As I wait for my order, 2 other people also place orders with about a 7-8min span between them. There orders have come out and I am still waiting for my order while being told it's the tenders I am waiting on. This is when I get the worst statement of all, that they had lost my order and needed my receipt to fulfill it. So this whole wait was because my order was cleared off the board and you only ask for my receipt 20 mins later. Luckily a new KFC has opened on 535 and Vinings Way Blvd so I won't have to run any chance of this again.

Pulled up to drive through Listening to them till the few cars in front of me that they don’t have any dark meat chicken cooked watched everyone else pull away then I went up and asked for dark meat, Then again stated there wasn’t any made and said that they could make some but it would take 18 minutes they were shocked when I said that I would wait. If I worked there I would have assumed that people wanted some chicken and that’s the reason why they were coming to the restaurant.
